Ayurveda Spring Cleanse ~ 2025 (online)
Get ready to bloom with an Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle reset!
Spring is the season of renewal—a time to clear out stagnation, refresh digestion, and restore balance after the heaviness of winter. Just as nature blossoms in spring, so do we! Our bodies naturally crave lighter, cleansing foods and supportive practices to help us release the heaviness of winter and transition into the new season with renewed energy and clarity.
Ayurveda teaches us that the qualities of Spring are dominant in the earth and water elements, seen in nature as the “melting snow” and “mud season” qualities of Spring. Shifting from winter to spring without making any diet + lifestyle changes can make us feel bogged down and tired, leaving us suffering from allergies and digestive distress, and feeling downright lethargic and gloomy.
