Ayurveda Fall Cleanse, 2024 (online)
Embrace the Season of Change with an Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle Reset!
Fall is the ideal time to hit the "reset button" on your diet and lifestyle habits, preparing you to feel grounded, balanced, and revitalized as we move toward the cooler, introspective winter months.
Ayurveda teaches us that the qualities of Fall are dominated by the air and space elements, reflected in nature as the crisp winds and drying leaves of autumn. Transitioning from the heat of summer to the coolness of fall without adjusting your diet and lifestyle can leave you feeling scattered, anxious, and depleted.
This program will help you nourish your body, reset your cravings, improve your digestion, and create time for self-care —allowing you to release what no longer serves you in a way that is gentle and grounding — all while savoring wholesome, comforting meals that support your body’s natural state of vibrancy. (Hint: It’s NOT about deprivation, and you definitely won’t go hungry!)

This cleanse will be held online via Zoom!
The program runs from October 18th to 31st, featuring a 10-day cleanse (October 18th–27th) followed by a 4-day post-cleanse rejuvenation period. (You'll reset your sugar cravings just in time to help you say "no" to all that Halloween candy!)
We’ll kick things off with an orientation call on Wednesday, October 16th so you feel prepared to begin on Friday the 18th.
The cleanse dates can be adjusted to fit your schedule if you need to push it forward or back a few days —detailed instructions will be included in your welcome letter. You can also schedule a 1-on-1 session with me to personalize your cleanse plan and dive deeper into creating a program tailored just for you.
All sessions will be recorded if you can’t make it live, and you can ask questions of me and the group through our private Facebook page!
