An Ayurvedic Reset with a refreshing twist!
In this fully catered food-based dietary reset you’ll receive three days of meal support to assist your body in lightening up, clearing away accumulation, and transitioning through the spring season with ease, helping you feel like your best, most radiant Self!
This dietary reset is centered around daily cleansing cold pressed juices, formulated to target a different cleansing process each day and customized for Spring according to Ayurvedic principles.
Why juice? While Ayurveda doesn’t normally endorse the standard “juice cleanse” (which on its own can be too depleting, cold and raw) this hybrid experience combines the nutrient-dense + light qualities of fresh juices to super-charge your body with vitamins, minerals, and the cleansing flavors + qualities our bodies need in the springtime with the nourishing, grounding, cleansing qualities of cooked foods & kitchari; Ayurveda’s famous cleansing cuisine.
In addition to these cleansing and nourishing juices, you’ll enjoy a plant-based kitchari meal as your largest meal of the day (mid-day), which will provide your body with an easy-to-digest and fulfilling meal that will satisfy you and allow your body to focus on detoxification and renewal. Your kitchari meal will be complete with delicious chutney, toppings and vegetable sides chosen for their balancing qualities and flavors.
For dinner each day you’ll “sup” (sip) on a light, nutritious soup highlighting the fresh flavors of Spring. By eating an earlier, lighter dinner, you give your body the gift of simplicity so that your digestion can receive a break, clearing out accumulation in the digestive channels and strengthening your digestive capacity. This “living soup” will act as another “juice” at the end of your day, with the added Ayurvedic benefits of it being warm, spiced and cooked, which is nourishing for your digestive system.
You’ll also receive food-based and herbal supports such as: ginger appetizers (to strengthen digestive fire), and CCF tea (an Ayurvedic cleansing tea) to support your digestion during the cleanse.
A Note About Ayurvedic Cleansing: An Ayurvedic cleanse is NOT about deprivation, starvation or restriction. An Ayurvedic cleanse is centered around feeding the body high vibration nourishing whole foods which aid in resetting our digestion, which is considered the most important aspect of vibrant health. By simplifying our lifestyle practices, focusing on self-care, and connecting with nature’s seasonal rhythms, we assist our bodies in transitioning into the next season with ease and grace, by cleansing WITH the foods we’re eating, rather than by starving ourselves. How this works:
Each day you will receive TWO 16-oz juices to be enjoyed mid-morning and mid-afternoon. You’ll receive guidance and be encouraged to slowly ease your way into the reset a few days before day 1 of meal delivery and begin experimenting with intermittent fasting (honoring your body’s natural digestive rhythms) helping to improve the strength of your digestion. Each day you’ll receive your Ayurvedic meals in time to break your fast for an early lunch and light dinner.
Each day you’ll receive your fresh juices and Ayurvedic meals fully prepared and packaged in reusable glass storage, ready to enjoy. You will then wash and return the glassware to be reused, helping to eliminate waste and keep this practice as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible.
Before the reset begins, you’ll begin easing your way into the reset by slowly cutting back on foods and habits that don’t serve the reset protocol.
You’ll also receive guidance on how to ease your way out of the reset and back into your regular eating habits, taking with you new habits you’ve cultivated during the cleanse, as well as recipes you can cook for yourself.
You’ll receive daily email inspiration and opportunities to check in with Jackie throughout the reset.

NOTE: This 3-day protocol is meant to serve as an uplifting, energizing dietary + energetic reset and does not incorporate the deeper purgative aspects of a longer traditional Ayurvedic detox; it is intended to stand alone as a seasonal reset or work in tandem with a longer Ayurvedic detox, which involves deeper cleansing protocol and should involve closer guidance from an Ayurvedic professional. Jackie will offer a guided online group cleanse at the end of May if you’re interested in deepening your personal Ayurvedic detox practices.
