Shifting from winter to spring without making any diet + lifestyle changes can make us feel bogged down and tired, suffering from allergies and digestive distress, and feeling downright lethargic.
This program will guide you to lighten up your diet, reset your cravings, improve your digestion, practice self care and release what no longer serves you, all while eating delicious healthy food! (hint: it’s NOT about deprivation and you will NOT starve yourself!)

This cleanse will be held online via Zoom!
The program runs from May 22 - June 5, including a gradual easing in process followed by our “deep cleanse” happening May 27 - June 3, however the dates can be modified to fit your scheduling needs (instructions provided in the welcome letter OR you can schedule a 1-1 with me to go deeper into your cleanse plan and create an individualized plan!)
Program Outline:
Easing In: May 22 - 26 (opening call Wednesday evening May 22nd at 6 pm and special workshops scheduled for Spring Cleaning, creating spice mixes + digestive herbal supports, and guided self-massage!)
Diving deeper: May 27 - 31 (special workshops include Practices for Enlivening Inner Intelligence, chutney cooking class, breathwork, and yoga!)
Easing out: June 1 - 5 (including a 3-day kitchari monodiet and kitchari cooking class, workshop on orthobionomy for lymphatic flow, and a special smoothie celebration!)
This is a super full program with special workshops, Q+A calls, yoga classes, cooking classes and more! It’s not required to be at ALL sessions live and replays will be available!
